CLASSES

Classes are available as individual classes, a series of classes, workshops, camps and private classes available for birthday parties, scouting events, group-building exercises and whatever else you can dream of!

REGISTRATIONS

We cannot allow for walk-ins at this time. If you are interested in taking a class, please register at least 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Thanks!

 

CLASS SIZES

It is important that these hands-on classes remain small for the best learning environment. 

Children's Classes are limited to 12 students per class.

Children's Day Camps are limited to 8 students per day.

Adult Classes are limited to 8 students per class.

PARKING

There is extra parking along the fence to the left of the building.

FIRST TIME IN FUN WITH FOOD?

If you are interested in signing your child up for a series of classes, we highly recommend that they first take a one hour class, Intro to Fun with Food. This is a great way to see if your child has an interest before committing time and money. 

​

ALLERGIES

Classes do include allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, etc. If your child has a serious food allergy, please check with us before registering them. We take health and safety VERY seriously and want to make sure everyone is in a safe environment. 

​

PARENTS/GUARDIANS 

We love that you want to participate with your child, but we've found that students are much more eager to participate in Fun with Food on their own. Adults are absolutely welcome to stay in the classroom for a few minutes and watch and listen from afar, or stand just outside the beautiful glass window. Thanks for understanding!

PRIVATE EVENTS

Do you want to have a scouting meeting to earn a badge? Do you want to bring a homeschool group to learn about seasonal produce? Do you want to have a family cook day with two of your favorite families? Let's create a class just for you! Chef Sue LOVES creating custom topics, so just contact her and let her know what you are interested in!

BEHAVIOR

Our hope is that everyone will maintain a safe educational environment by following directions. However, if your child is putting themselves or others at risk, you may receive a phone call to pick up your child early from class.

 

LIABILITY WAIVER

All participants must have a liability waiver filled out electronically before arriving to the Fun with Food Classroom.
